- When you call, we will answer — We do not require that you plug your way through a maze of numbers and choices in order to reach someone on the phone. If you call us, you want to talk to us. So we will answer the phone.
- When you ask us to be there, we will answer with a one-word question: “When?” — Our success is tied to our presence in the field with our clients. When you need someone to be with you in the field, all you need to do is ask. “When can we be there for you?” is our answer.
- When you establish a deadline, we will make it — Deadlines seem so simple yet there are missed far too often. Especially in the construction world, we are no strangers to missed deadlines! We do not add to the problem and will deliver on time and on budget.
- If we are not sure, we will ask you — Our mutual businesses are complicated. Engineering changes can lead to more questions than answers. If we are ever in doubt about the work we are doing for you, we will ask. It’s better to completely understand your need then try and guess (and therefore deliver a report that is less than optimal).
